I  bought a Masterbuilt Electric smoker a few days ago and today I tried my first baby back ribs , they were real good. Now I'm going to try this picnic shoulder recipe for the first time , it looks really good.

Excellent. Doing one your way tonight overnight for the folks at work, tomorrow's lunch. Only thing i did diff was remove the thick tough layer of skin , but left most of the other fat so the smoke will penetrate better, like a butt.
