I made a new brine solution this weekend and it turned out remarkable… I used a 9 1/2 Turkey.. Brine it for 24 hours in the Refrigerator.. If you turkey is too big for fridge use ice chest with plenty of ice ..
We are going to be doing a LOT of outside BBQing till it gets too hot outside.. 🙂

1 Cup Salt
1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon pepper corns
1/4 cup of chopped fresh Thyme
1/4 cup of chopped fresh Rosemary
1/4 cup of chopped fresh Sage
1/4 cup Honey
